I think I'm near paralyzed.Greey-aaaate. Hmm. Let's see:
2 weeks off training, then mentally draining training, then physically abusive training.
jump circuits; 5 sets bounding; 1 full set 15 times medicine balls; stomach back with 3 kg weight; 5X150m fast striding.
(which is no diff from sprint -.-)Godd, I'm still aching from wednesday's training when we had that training yesterday.
& we had TRACK DAY CAMP ._.
OMG luhh. Totally depressing.
So yeahh, I was totally like, dead when I reached home yesterday.
& now, I'm having majorly-accumulated muscle aches all over.
I soooo need xiaoxi right now, my back's too tight D:
Anywayy, I'm like
STARTING to get used to sg time again.
Haha, cause instead of waking up at 4 or 5am, I woke up at 7.30am todayy :]
But I still feel sleepy super early.
But at least it's 10pm now, instead of the being-tired at 8pm. Lol.
So yeahhh, woke up at 7.30am today.
& I decided to do some running to build up my stamina again.
So, I won't be so dead during training :/
& guess what. I ran 2.5km and I'm like ohgodd, that felt like shit.
That? 2.5km? Felt like my 5km during tennis camp last year, when I ran with grace and my senior ._.
Exactly; that bad.
Reasons?1. I do not have a passion for track. And since I was running to build up my stamina for trainings, I felt like shit.
2. I'll only feel good about running when it's for tennis.
3. Since last year, my stamina dropped A LOT.
Conclusion?I wanna go back to TKtennis :(
This sucks. Big time.
& I want a kblade for christmas. Hahah. I think I'm probably asking for one? :/
So yeahhhh.
Well, I'm so proud of myself for running today :D
Hahah. Ok, but yeah, I probably gained all that calories back from the humongous cup of milo I drank and a small cup of honey.

Hmm, I made up my mind to run every none training days :]
Tomorrow; not sure. I feel like taking sunday off for now. Lol.
